As Burlesque lovers we noticed that the UK was really lacking a magazine covering the stuff that we are interested in. So we are aiming to start a magazine/fanzine covering topics such as reviews of performances, advice on hair and makeup, articles on the history of Burlesque, and craft sections for all of you who enjoy making your own outfits/props. We want to create a magazine that performers and fans alike can enjoy.
To do this we need help though.
We are doing this for a love of Burlesque, so are looking for volunteers who are also going to do this for the same reason. This is not a business venture, we aren’t looking to make a living from it, we just want to create something for people interested in the Burlesque scene to enjoy.
If you are interested in helping out with Peep Toe, and creating a Burlesque magazine for the UK, then please contact us and tell us who you are and what help you are able to give us. Whether you are looking to write articles, take photos, design the mag, or help with the website we are looking for your help.
